This primer focuses on exploring and demonstrating how to build, execute, monitor, and evaluate civic education programs for both youth and adult students that have meaningful effects on a variety of important democratic orientations, including political knowledge, skills, and competencies; support for democratic norms and values; and participation in voting and other forms of political behavior.
