The Civil Society Innovation Initiative and the Greater Internet Freedom Projects: A Case Study in Locally Led Development

This case study highlights the achievements of the USAID Civil Society Innovation Initiative (CSII) and the USAID Greater Internet Freedom (GIF) project, supported by the programs’ use of such locally led development enabling tools as co-design and USAID working as a convener.
