Impact Evaluation of the DRG Components of USAID/Paraguay's Inclusive Value Chains Project: Final Report

The evaluation considers institutional strategies for promoting responsiveness to smallholder constituents and public goods provision by municipal leaders. In particular it asks, What is the effect of a collective participatory budgeting campaign on public goods provision to rural constituents? The evaluation also seeks to address the second order question of whether integrating a governance dimension can enhance the effect of the IVC project on rural producers’ income and well-being.
