As part of developing USAID/Central Asia's Regional Development Cooperation Strategy, this study examined differences based on sex and gender; youth; people with disabilities; ethnic and religious minorities; and, where permissible, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Intersex (LGBTI) persons.
