The Women's Political Participation and Leadership (WPPL) Assessment Framework, with an accompanying set of assessment tools, assist with the diagnostic side of WPPL efforts. The Assessment Framework consists of six parts, which together seek to guide research teams in (1) mapping the current situation with regard to WPPL, (2) identifying barriers and opportunities to WPPL, and (3) formulating country-specific recommendations to advance WPPL.
